“We looked into each other’s eyes and discovered a shared, genuine love for the land, the plants, and the materials we would work with together. After all, the energy of people influences both the plants and the wine.”
Our Wine Family consists of two agronomists: Roberto Giannetti in Montalcino and Sandro Zanutta on Mount Etna, who oversee the vineyards and ensure the plants’ needs are met throughout the season.
The plant care teams are led by Marco Ostan in Montalcino and Raffaele Catania on Mount Etna, both of whom have been tending to the vineyards from day one, following the Simonit & Sirch method. They handle winter pruning, green pruning, and during the season, they take care of leaf removal, thinning, and canopy management.
The winemakers by our side, Giovanni Stella and Jacopo Vagaggini in Montalcino, along with Salvo Foti on Mount Etna, skillfully guide the grapes from the cellar to the glass, bringing extraordinary expertise and a deep connection to the raw materials.

Nebbia
And then there’s Nebbia, the company mascot—a two-year-old Lagotto Romagnolo who oversees everything. She spreads joy and smiles in her own special way, and reminds us, even when we’re far from nature, that it truly is the simplest and most beautiful thing we have.
